I'm having video playback issues

In rare cases, videos might hang or not play back without interruption. This usually happens if the internet bandwidth is varying so strongly that the video player cannot adjust down quickly enough from our 4k quality to a lower one. In this case, please perform these two steps:

1) Click the "gear" icon in the bottom right corner of the video player and chose a lower resolution, e.g. 1080p or 720p.

2) Reload the page and ensure the new setting is applied to the current video and all other videos by default.

Your video will still look great and should play smoothly now. If this is not the case, please contact our support team.
